Teams leave our sessions with a clear plan and a shared understanding of what to do next. Our clients say the session pays off from day one.
You've decided to run a strategy session, but you're left with more questions than answers. Most HR leaders and executives come to us with exactly the same ones.
Here's what you and your team take away from working with us.
An energising session with tangible outcomes
Every session is led by a professional facilitator whose role is to keep the group focused and guide it towards the agreed goals — not just moderate discussion and write up decisions.
A programme built for your specific challenge
We invest heavily in preparation: we account for the client's expectations, the team's communication style, potential tensions and internal conflicts — so the session delivers real results, not just a good day out.
Detailed artefacts after the session
We document everything in a practical format: a roadmap, a detailed action plan with owners and deadlines, agreed commitments, diagrams and key insights — everything the team continues working with after the session.
The session's impact lives on
The team leaves energised and motivated. And we support the process: we schedule check-in points and can facilitate your follow-up conversations so agreements translate into real change.
Leading companies already trust us with their sessions. Since 2018 we've run over 400 sessions — from team offsites to leadership strategy days.
Tell us about your goals. We'll match you with the right facilitator and suggest a format.

Before the session, we study the company's context and the challenge. That's why the programme is designed for your situation — not off the shelf.
Running your first session?
We'll send you a guide: what to consider in advance, how to choose a venue and format for your goals
When your team is up against deadlines, tension has built up, collaboration is breaking down, or a working process has gone off the rails.
When the team is stuck in a routine or you need to find a non-standard solution. A product brainstorm session to surface ideas that a regular meeting won't reach.
When the team works remotely and hasn't come together in a while. An offsite restores real human connection, refreshes agreements, and recharges the team for the next phase.
When the company has grown, teams are fragmented, there's no shared vision, or a lack of clarity around goals and role distribution.
This was the first ever strategy session for Flowwow's marketing team. I believe we have one of the strongest marketing teams in the industry, so I was genuinely worried the facilitator wouldn't be able to keep up.
The team is sharp and fast — the ideas and sticky notes on the walls were multiplying at breakneck pace. It was on the verge of chaos. But Sasha and Yana structured everything brilliantly and with great professionalism.
A great extra touch — follow-up calls a month later. Really useful for keeping agreements alive. Thank you!
I'd like to thank the Co-Actors team and Tanya personally for facilitating the session. We needed to align on new processes after an internal reorganisation — not the simplest task — and we ended up accomplishing even more than we had planned.
Tanya guided us with great skill and kept us focused on what mattered, while staying in the background and not interfering in the discussion itself — one of the most important qualities of a great facilitator. Thank you!
My main benchmark is whether reality matched expectations — and it did. Everything that mattered to us got covered, and it was genuinely useful. The team shared really positive feelings too, so I'm very happy.
One thing that really stood out — integrating the one remote participant worked brilliantly. No awkwardness at all; he was woven naturally into everything, which added some fun and brought the group even closer together. I was worried about it, but it worked better than I'd expected.
The value of working with Co-Actors only grows over time! Four months on, we're seeing results that exceed our expectations.
Following the session, we set shared goals that inspire everyone on the team, worked through pain points and processes, defined new initiatives, and put together the teams to deliver them.
I'm writing this review well after the session itself — and I can say with confidence that we got results far beyond what we had hoped for. Thank you!

We say no to box-ticking sessions

20+ certified facilitators, each selected through Co‑Actors' own process. We stand behind the quality of their work and communication.
The price depends on the format, duration, number of participants, and location. Book a short call with our manager and we'll send you a detailed estimate.
We work both online and in-person. Retrospectives are usually online (up to 3 hours); team and strategy sessions can be either, depending on the team composition and the task at hand. For online sessions we use Zoom and Miro, and select additional tools to match the team's needs.
Anywhere in the world — in-person wherever you are, or online. The Co‑Actors team operates across Russia, the CIS, and Europe, and will travel to you.
The ideal group size is up to 13 participants: the facilitator can keep everyone genuinely engaged and the session doesn't turn into a series of monologues.
In practice, our smallest group was 5 senior leaders; our largest was 150 participants in a large-scale team offsite format.
Certified facilitators with 10+ years of experience, each of whom has run dozens of team and strategy sessions for tech companies and other businesses. Our manager will shortlist candidates suited to your context and task, and you'll have the chance to meet the facilitator before preparation begins.
A point of contact and access to key participants for brief interviews. The facilitator takes care of everything else: team survey, programme design, and session materials.
Yes, we sign NDAs on request. Everything discussed in the session stays within the team: we don't share information with third parties and don't publish any materials without your consent.
