About the Coach

Denis has been working in IT since 2014. He gained his first experience applying the Scrum framework and elements of the Kanban method in 2015 while developing a cross-platform product (Web, iOS/Android) with two teams.

From 2016 to 2018, he led and supported organizational change at the fintech company Exness (Limassol, Cyprus). As a Scrum Master, he facilitated the launch of two pilot Scrum teams and the shift toward a product-oriented development approach. Following the success of the pilot, the company’s R&D department was transformed from functional units into 12 cross-functional teams working with Scrum, incorporating elements of the LeSS framework and Kanban.

From 2018 to 2020, Denis supported organizational change and optimized the performance of cross-platform product teams using Scrum, Kanban, and LeSS at several fintech startups in Berlin, Germany. These included Europe’s fastest-growing mobile bank, N26, and the open banking platform developer finleap connect.

Since 2018, he has been guiding organizational transformations in product startups and companies. His clients include the Russian branch of OTP Bank (Hungary), the U.S.-based unicorn startup PandaDoc, Dutch fintech startup Backbase, and others.

In 2022, Denis relocated to Kraków, Poland, and joined the training team at Co-Actors.
He is a speaker at Russian and European conferences and a guest on podcasts about product development.
