Psychological Aspects of FacilitationFacilitation is meant to ease group interaction during meetings and help the group reach agreements, but not all meetings with a facilitator go smoothly.

- How to be accepted by the group
- How to engage people in the work without carrying the meeting alone
- How not to lose your mind when things go off plan
- And how to handle toxic participants, even if they are top managers
